State Farm Agency – Fully Remote
This is not an entry-level role. This is a performance-based position for experienced State Farm Life producers who can consistently generate and close their own business.
If you already understand State Farm life products, compliance, and how to build a pipeline without being fed leads, this role offers high autonomy and uncapped earning potential.
Compensation (Non-Negotiable)
- 35% commission on all Life Insurance sales
- No income caps
Performance Requirements (Strict)
- Minimum 10 life insurance sales per month
- Failure to meet production expectations will result in termination
- No set schedule — output is mandatory
This role is designed for producers who know how to create momentum and sustain it.

- Pennsylvania
- Candidates may live anywhere in the U.S.
- Preference given to candidates located in NY, NJ, CT, or PA
Key Responsibilities
- Sell State Farm life insurance products
- Conduct needs-based life insurance consultations
- Independently prospect, follow up, and close business
- Maintain full compliance with State Farm and state regulations
- Accurately track production and activity
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly life sales targets
Required Qualifications (Must Have – Non-Negotiable)
- Prior State Farm agency experience
- Active NYS Life & Health Insurance License
- Proven ability to sell life insurance independently
- Strong sales discipline and self-accountability
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, performance-driven environment
Licensing Note The agency is licensed in NY, NJ, PA, and CT. The ability to sell in multiple states is a plus. Additional state licenses can be discussed if needed.
